Patient Relations Executive
This is a full-time, on-site role for a Patient Relations Executive based in Colombo. The Patient Relations Executive will serve as a primary point of contact for patients, ensuring a smooth and positive experience throughout their journey with Royal Wellness Center. Responsibilities include managing patient inquiries, coordinating appointments, addressing concerns, and facilitating clear communication between patients and healthcare professionals. The role also involves maintaining accurate patient records and contributing to improved patient satisfaction.
Qualifications
- Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills to build strong relationships with patients and colleagues.
- Administrative abilities, including appointment scheduling, coordination tasks, and record-keeping.
- Problem-solving skills to address and resolve patient queries or concerns promptly and effectively.
- A customer-focused approach with a passion for delivering excellent service and enhancing patient satisfaction.
- Multitasking and organizational skills to manage multiple responsibilities efficiently in a fast-paced environment.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and relevant business or medical software is an advantage.
- Experience in healthcare, client relations, or a similar role is preferred but not mandatory.
- Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Healthcare Management, or a related field is highly desirable.
