REQUIREMENTS
- Male candidates between the ages of 22-40 years with 1-2 years of relevant work experience.
- Minimum of three passes at G.C.E. A/L and six passes at G.C.E. O/L, including Mathematics, Sinhala, and English.
- A qualification in Sales and Marketing from a UGC-approved university or recognized vocational training institute will be an added advantage.
- Proficiency in working in a computerized environment and using basic Microsoft Office applications.
- Good communication skills in Sinhala/Tamil and English.
RESPONSIBILITIES
- Identify and develop relationships with sales prospects, vendors, and brokers.
- Establish and maintain strong relationships with existing and potential clients.
- Achieve assigned targets related to leasing and hire purchase within the defined timelines
- Ensure all operational tasks are performed in accordance with company procedures and system guidelines.
- Identify quality credit opportunities in alignment with the company's credit policy.
- Actively participate in and manage outdoor promotional and marketing activities.
- Ensure accuracy and timeliness of all reports and internal documentation.
