𝐑𝐄𝐐𝐔𝐈𝐑𝐄𝐌𝐄𝐍𝐓𝐒 / 𝐂𝐀𝐍𝐃𝐈𝐃𝐀𝐓𝐄 𝐏𝐑𝐎𝐅𝐈𝐋𝐄 :
- Creative, detail-oriented, and passionate about visual storytelling
- Minimum 2 years’ experience with Premiere Pro, DaVinci Resolve, or After Effects
- Strong sense of pacing, transitions, and luxury brand aesthetics
- Experience in creating content for YouTube, TikTok, and Instagram
- Prior experience in real estate, lifestyle, or corporate brand videos is an advantage
𝐑𝐄𝐒𝐏𝐎𝐍𝐒𝐈𝐁𝐈𝐋𝐈𝐓𝐈𝐄𝐒 / 𝐉𝐎𝐁 𝐏𝐑𝐎𝐅𝐈𝐋𝐄 :
- Edit property walkthroughs, reels, and promotional videos for social media
- Collaborate with the marketing team to develop creative concepts
- Apply color grading, motion graphics, subtitles, and transitions
- Maintain consistency with AKARA’s luxury brand style
- Meet tight deadlines while ensuring high-quality output
