The Role
We’re looking for a Senior Digital Marketing Specialist to plan, execute, and optimize digital campaigns across multiple platforms, driving high-quality leads and measurable business results while enhancing the company’s online presence.
Key Responsibilities
- Run & optimize Meta, TikTok, and Google Ads.
- Build TOF–MOF–BOF funnels that generate high-quality inquiries.
- Provide creative direction for property ads & UGC.
- Manage content for Instagram, TikTok, YouTube & LinkedIn.
- Improve landing pages, WhatsApp flows & lead conversion.
- Analyse data & performance — reduce CPA, increase results.
Requirements
- 2–4 years’ experience in digital marketing/performance ads.
- Strong knowledge in Meta, TikTok & Google Ads.
- Analytical, fast, organized, and creative with hooks & angles.
- Result-driven, proactive, and highly motivated.
