Operations Executive | Mount Lavinia
This role involves a little bit of everything - Operations, Customer Coordination, Events & Pop-ups, Marketing, and Branding. If you are organized, proactive and love variety, we'd love to have you on our team!
KEY RESPONSIBILITIES
- Assist in day-to-day operations and ensure smooth business activities
- Coordinate with customers, suppliers, and delivery partners
- Support event planning, pop-ups, and activations
- Assist in marketing campaigns, content creation & social media
- Help strengthen brand visibility and customer engagement
- Maintain records, reports and manage admin tasks
WE'RE LOOKING FOR
- Strong communication skills
- Fluent in English (verbal & written)
- Highly organized and detail oriented
- Outgoing personality with a can-do attitude
- Eager to learn, take initiative and grow with the brand
- Prior experience in operations, marketing or customer service will be an advantage
