Senior Executive / Executive - Sales and Marketing
Job Role:
- Handling incoming calls and making outbound calls to convert relevant leads into enrolments
- Should be able to promptly follow up on leads generated through marketing campaigns
- Handle the full cycle of student enrolment with minimal supervision Should be able to guide prospective students to the right program based on their academic and career goals
- Should support the organization on marketing activities which include exhibitions, career fairs, workshops, open days, etc.
- Should handle customer interactions, transactions, comments, and complaints
Requirements:
- Academic or professional qualification in sales and marketing or business management
- Should have excellent communications and convincing skills
- Up to 3 years of prior experience in a similar sales role (Fresh graduates with a good command of English are also encouraged to apply)
- Prior experience in handling student enrolments at an educational institution will be an advantage
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
- High level of integrity and work ethics
- Ability to work on weekends on a roster basis
