- Age 23 years or below
- Five credit passes in G.C.E O/L including English & Mathematics
- Good communication skills with fluency in English & Sinhala
- Computer Literacy (MS Office Package)
- Good interpersonal skills
- Two passes in G.C.E A/L excluding General English
- Positive attitude and willingness to learn
