Key Responsibilities
- Support digital banking onboarding and customer assistance.
- Participate in marketing and canvassing activities to promote banking products and services.
- Assist with basic operational and administrative tasks within the branch.
- Coordinate customer inquiries and provide service support across digital platforms.
- Contribute to team targets and customer engagement initiatives.
Requirements
- School leavers or fresh graduates are encouraged to apply.
- Candidates with less than 1 year of sales or customer service experience will be given preference.
- Strong communication skills and an interest in digital banking and marketing.
- Ability to multitask and work in a fast-paced environment.
- Positive attitude and willingness to learn.
Employment Details
- Working Days: Monday to Friday
- Working Hours: 8:15 AM – 5:15 PM
- All bank holidays included
- Travel compensation provided
