Engineer - Converged Charging

About the Role
We are looking for a dynamic and technically skilled Engineer / Specialist – Converged Charging Operations to ensure the stability, accuracy, and performance of our Online Charging System (OCS) and related platforms.
In this role, you will play a critical part in delivering new digital services, optimizing systems, and supporting business requirements through innovative solutions and seamless system integrations.
The Job
- Design and implement solutions for new projects related to OCS and supporting systems
- Lead system architecture design, feasibility analysis, and project planning
- Drive initiatives such as application modernization and cloud transformation
- Perform end-to-end feasibility checks for new services
- Configure and implement new offers, tariffs, and services
- Support cross-functional teams with system integrations
- Conduct testing, troubleshooting (pre- and post-launch), and ensure service accuracy 🔹 Operational Support
- Provide 24x7 L3 support for OCS-related incidents
- Manage system upgrades, downtime planning, and impact analysis
- Coordinate with vendors and internal teams for issue resolution
- Develop scripts and tools for automation, monitoring, and operational efficiency
- Enhance proactive monitoring and system performance
- Support process optimization initiatives
- Work closely with business and technical stakeholders
- Provide technical consultation on feasibility and system capabilities
- Share knowledge and best practices within the team
The Person
- Bachelor’s Degree in Engineering (Telecommunications / IT / Computer Science or related field)
- Industry certifications such as:
- Red Hat Certified System Administrator (RHCSA)
- AWS Certified Solutions Architect (Associate)(preferred)
- Operating Systems: Linux, Windows, macOS
- Scripting: Shell, Java, PHP
- Databases: Oracle, MySQL, ClickHouse
- Protocols: SOAP, REST, Diameter, SS7 Signalling
- Experience with Online Charging Systems (OCS) and service integrations
- Minimum 4 years of experience in telecom/IT systems or charging platforms
- Proven experience in project execution, troubleshooting, and system configurations
