The Role
- We are looking for enthusiastic and motivated Trainee Call Center Executives to join our team. This role is ideal for individuals who enjoy communicating with people, are willing to learn, and are passionate about delivering outstanding customer service. You'll receive the guidance and training needed to build your skills while supporting clients and representing the AKARA brand.
Key Responsibilities
- Answer inbound calls and respond to WhatsApp inquiries in a professional and friendly manner.
- Provide basic information about our properties and services.
- Schedule and coordinate property viewing appointments.
- Assist clients with general inquiries and direct them to the relevant team when required.
- Record client interactions accurately in the CRM system.
- Follow company processes and service standards to ensure a positive customer experience.
Requirements
- G.C.E. Ordinary Level qualification
- Excellent communication skills in English and Sinhala (Tamil is an added advantage).
- A friendly, confident, and customer-focused personality.
- Basic computer literacy and willingness to learn new systems.
- A positive attitude, strong work ethic, and eagerness to grow in a professional environment.
- Previous customer service or call center experience is an advantage but not essential.
