About the role
The Field Hardware Technician is responsible for providing on-site technical support by visiting various locations to troubleshoot and resolve the Pay&Go self-service kiosk's hardware issues.
Responsibilities:
- Age limit 20 to 35
- On-site troubleshooting, Hardware Maintenance, Inventory Management, Problem-Solving.
- Travel to different locations, to assess and troubleshoot hardware issues.
- Perform routine and preventive maintenance on hardware to ensure optimal performance and longevity.
- Implement rigorous testing procedures to ensure the identified problems are accurately diagnosed and resolved.
- Develop a deep understanding of hardware problems through thorough analysis and continuous learning.
- Manage and update an inventory of hardware components, ensuring an adequate supply of replacement parts.
- Diploma or equivalent, Hands-on experience with computer hardware troubleshooting and repairs
- Proficiency in using diagnostic tools and testing equipment for hardware assessments, and Strong understanding of computer hardware components, including CPUs, memory, storage, and peripherals.
- Driving license and owning a motorcycle is mandatory for this job.
Qualifications & Skills:
- A diploma or equivalent qualification.
- Hands-on experience in computer hardware troubleshooting and repairs.
- Proficiency in using diagnostic tools and testing equipment for hardware evaluation.
- Strong understanding of computer hardware components such as CPU, memory, storage, and ports.
Additional Requirements:
- A valid driving license and motorbike are mandatory for this position.

Field Hardware Technician තනතුරේ කාර්යභාරය වන්නේ, Pay&Go ස්වයං සේවා කියෝස්ක් යන්ත්රවල දෘඪාංග ගැටළු නිරාකරණය කරමින් විවිධ ස්ථානවලට ගොස් ස්ථානීය තාක්ෂණික සහාය සැපයීම ය.
ප්රධාන වගකීම්:
- වයස් සීමාව: 20 සිට 35 දක්වා
- ස්ථානීය දෝෂ නිරාකරණය, දෘඪාංග නඩත්තු කිරීම, ඉන්වෙන්ටරි කළමනාකරණය, ගැටළු විසඳීම.
- විවිධ ස්ථානවලට ගමන් කරමින් දෘඪාංග ගැටළු තක්සේරු කිරීම හා නිරාකරණය කිරීම.
- උපකරණවල කාර්යක්ෂමතාවය සහ දිගුකාලීන භාවිතය සහතික කිරීම සඳහා සාමාන්ය හා වැළැක්වීමේ නඩත්තු කටයුතු සිදු කිරීම.
- නිවැරදිව ගැටළු හඳුනා ගැනීම සහ නිරාකරණය කිරීම සඳහා දැඩි පරීක්ෂණ ක්රම භාවිතය.
- සවිස්තරාත්මක විශ්ලේෂණය සහ අඛණ්ඩ ඉගෙනීම ඔස්සේ දෘඪාංග ගැටළු පිළිබඳ ගැඹුරු අවබෝධයක් වර්ධනය කිරීම.
- ප්රතිස්ථාපන කොටස් සඳහා ප්රමාණවත් තොගයක් තබාගෙන යාම සහ යාවත්කාලීන කිරීම.
සුදුසුකම් සහ කුසලතා:
- ඩිප්ලෝමා හෝ සමාන සුදුසුකමක්
- පරිගණක දෘඪාංග දෝෂ නිරාකරණය සහ අලුත්වැඩියාව පිළිබඳ උදව් අත්දැකීම්
- රෝග විනිශ්චය මෙවලම් සහ පරීක්ෂණ උපකරණ භාවිතයෙන් දෘඪාංග තක්සේරු කිරීමේ ප්රවීණතාවය
- CPU, මතකය (RAM), ගබඩා කිරීම, සහ පර්යන්ත වැනි පරිගණක දෘඪාංග සංරචක පිළිබඳ දැඩි දැනුම
