Duty Officer (Outsourced)
We are looking for a competent Duty Officer to undertake the surveillance of the Bank's premises, coordinate with island-wide branches and monitor security issues. The selected candidate will be responsible for detecting any suspicious behavior and preventing vandalism, thefts and taking control in the event of an emergency. He will also be expected to manage the Control Room 24/7 and to use own initiative and intelligence to face any critical situation while on duty.
Requirements
- Should be a retired or resigned officer of the Sri Lanka Police, Army, Navy or Air Force. (If the candidate was in the Armed Forces, he should be an ex-officer of the rank of Lieutenant/Captain in the Army or equivalent rank in other Armed Forces. If he was in the Police, he should be an ex-officer of the rank of Inspector/Chief Inspector)
- Should be below 50 years of age and must be in good physical and mental health to hold the position.
- Should possess excellent leadership, observation and communication skills.
- Should possess basic computer skills.
- Demonstrate strong public relations skills.
- Ability to maintain professional confidentiality.
- Ability to work on shift basis 24/7.
- Strong situation analysis and report writing skills
