Facility Maintenance Technician

What you need to do
- Ensure smooth operation and upkeep of all company facilities, including showrooms, service stations, PDI yards, and head office.
- Respond promptly to urgent repair requests and breakdowns to minimize downtime.
- Maintain safe work practices and adhere to company standards.
- Maintain accurate records of maintenance activities, material usage, and site conditions.
- Collaborate with internal teams and external contractors.
- Optimize use of tools, materials, and spare parts.
- Address facility-related concerns promptly, provide practical solutions, and contribute to continuous improvement initiatives.
What you need
- Minimum of High School or equivalent; vocational or technical training in civil construction, building maintenance, or related field is preferred.
- Minimum 2-3 years of hands-on experience in civil/building maintenance, preferably in commercial facilities, showrooms, or multi-site environments.
- Experience in multi-disciplinary maintenance, including plumbing, minor fabrication, and emergency breakdown response, is an advantage.
- Practical knowledge of masonry, plastering, painting, concreting, tiling, and structural repairs.
- Basic understanding of plumbing, minor electrical, and fabrication works.
- Ability to read and interpret simple drawings and measurements.
- Strong problem-solving skills with attention to detail and quality workmanship.
