What you need to do
- To develop training modules and materials such as presentations, worksheets, other technical literature for as per training needs identified priorly as well as spontaneously and delivery of the technical training as per training plan.
- To produce training schedules and detailed agenda for individual/ continual sessions, workshops and webinars, for individuals or groups as and when required.
- Consistently and effectively provides coaching and feedback to network providers with an aim to consistently improve service levels.
- Provide technical support and guidance to dealers or internal stakeholders when requested.
- To work closely with the BYD island wide network service and network teams, sub dealers, Roadside Assistance (RSA) and customer care teams, field officers and call center support team to drive the technical development of BYD product knowledge.
- To provide support to technicians either in real-time or in retrospect in relation to parts identification, diagnostic procedures and roadside repair and mobilization procedures.
What you need
- NVQ Level 4 or NVQ Level 5 Qualification, or bachelor's degree in Automobile Engineering.
- Minimum three years of experience in the Automobile industry mainly in service and repair, with minimum of 1 year as a Technical Trainer.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills and customer care experience.
- Ability to analyze problems and strategize for better and faster solutions.
- Accurate and precise attention to detail.
