Ultim8 Solutions is seeking a Client Coordinator to join our team!
Responsibilities:
- Bridging communication between clients and technicians.
- Updating our systems and generating ad-hoc reports as needed.
- Providing updates to clients about their ongoing services.
- Welcoming walk-in clients and ensuring a smooth interaction with our technicians.
- Opportunity to engage in marketing/sales tasks to earn extra income.
Qualifications:
- Strong communication and negotiation skills.
- General knowledge and the ability to adapt quickly.
- A fresh candidate with a great attitude and willingness to learn.
- Monday to Saturday : 9:30 AM - 6:30 PM
- Negotiable based on experience and skills.
