Team Leader - Sales & Marketing (Male) | Kollupitiya (Colombo 03)
About the Role
Decant Services Pvt Ltd is a fast-growing fragrance company specializing in perfume decanting and authentic international fragrances. We are looking for an experienced and target-driven Team Leader – Sales & Marketing to lead our sales team, achieve sales targets, and support the company's business growth.
REQUIREMENTS
- Male candidates aged 23–32 years are preferred.
- Successfully completed G.C.E. A/L or an equivalent qualification.
- A Diploma or HND in Sales, Marketing, Business Management, or a related field will be an added advantage.
- Minimum 2 years of experience in Sales, Marketing, or a Team Leader/Supervisory role.
- Strong leadership and communication skills.
- Good knowledge of MS Office.
- Good communication skills in Sinhala and English.
- Knowledge of Tamil will be an added advantage.
KEY DUTIES & RESPONSIBILITIES
- Lead and supervise the Sales & Marketing team.
- Achieve monthly and annual sales targets.
- Plan and implement sales and marketing activities.
- Monitor sales performance and prepare reports.
- Train, coach, and support team members.
- Conduct market research and identify new business opportunities.
- Ensure excellent customer service standards.
- Coordinate with other departments to ensure smooth operations.

- Saturday: 8:30 AM – 1:30 PM
