Supervisor - Dark Store | Kotugoda

Job Role:
- Regularly check the expiry dates of all products and ensure timely stock rotation.
- Maintain the freshness and quality of products to deliver the best customer experience.
- Escalate any issues promptly and ensure swift resolution.
- Coordinate with relevant departments to resolve discrepancies and quality issues.
- Assist in the overall running of the Dark Store.
- Perform clerical and administrative functions as required.
- Provide administrative support to executive management.
Candidate Requirements:
- Passionate about Sri Lanka; you're committed to making a positive impact for our Country and its people.
- Successfully completed GCE Ordinary Levels (OLs) and Advanced Levels (ALs).
- Proficiency in IT & MS Office applications
- Higher National Diploma
- Ability to multitask, prioritize, and manage time effectively, ensuring timely completion
- of tasks.
- Well-organized with exceptional attention to detail, consistently demonstrating integrity, accuracy, and thoroughness in all tasks.
- Ambitious with a can-do mindset, willing to take on challenges and exceed expectations.
- Leadership experience.
- Problem-solving abilities.
- Good communication & interpersonal skills.
