ප්රධාන වගකීම්
- කෝපි, කොක්ටේල්, මොක්ටේල් සහ අනෙකුත් පාන වර්ග පිළියෙළ කර සේවය කිරීම.
- පිරිසිදුකම සහ සනීපාරක්ෂාව පිළිබඳ ඉහළ ප්රමිතීන් පවත්වා ගැනීම.
- මිත්රශීලී සහ කාර්යක්ෂම පාරිභෝගික සේවාවක් ලබා දීම.
- POS පද්ධතිය භාවිතයෙන් ඇණවුම් නිවැරදිව සකසීම.
- තොග මට්ටම් පවත්වා ගෙන හිඟයන් වාර්තා කිරීම.
- බාර් උපකරණ පිරිසිදුව හා හොඳින් නඩත්තු කර ඇති බවට සහතික වීම.
- ආහාර සුරක්ෂිතතාව සහ වගකිවයුතු මධ්යසාර සේවා මාර්ගෝපදේශ අනුගමනය කිරීම.
- විවෘත කිරීමේ සහ වසා දැමීමේ රාජකාරි සඳහා සහාය වීම.
අවශ්යතා
- බාර්ටෙන්ඩර්වරයෙකු හෝ බැරිස්ටා ලෙස පෙර අත්දැකීම් වඩාත් සුදුසුය.
- කෝපි සකස් කිරීම සහ පාන වර්ග සේවාව පිළිබඳ දැනුම.
- විශිෂ්ට පාරිභෝගික සේවා කුසලතා.
- හොඳ ඉංග්රීසි කතා කිරීම.
- ධනාත්මක ආකල්පය සහ ඉගෙනීමට ඇති කැමැත්ත.
- වේගවත් පරිසරයක වැඩ කිරීමේ හැකියාව.

Key Responsibilities
- Prepare and serve coffee, cocktails, mocktails, and other beverages.
- Maintain high standards of cleanliness and hygiene.
- Provide friendly and efficient customer service.
- Process orders accurately using the POS system.
- Maintain stock levels and report shortages.
- Ensure bar equipment is clean and well maintained.
- Follow food safety and responsible alcohol service guidelines.
- Assist with opening and closing duties.
Requirements
- Previous experience as a Bartender or Barista is compulsory.
- Knowledge of coffee preparation and beverage service.
- Excellent customer service skills.
- Professional spoken English.
- Positive attitude and willingness to learn.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
- Flexibility to work evenings, weekends, and holidays.
