Showroom Executive| Wellawatte / Wattala
As a Showroom Executive in our Footwear Showroom, you will be responsible for assisting customers, understanding their needs, and recommending suitable shoes and footwear products. Your role is to provide an excellent shopping experience, promote products and offers, achieve sales targets, and build positive relationships with customers. You will also help maintain showroom displays, support billing and stock-related activities, and ensure the showroom remains clean and well-organized.
Nature of Business: Retail sales of shoes and footwear products.
FashionXpo.lk is looking for an energetic and customer-focused Showroom Executive to join our Footwear (Shoes) Showroom in Wellawatte / Wattala. If you are passionate about sales, enjoy interacting with customers, and can achieve sales targets, we'd love to hear from you.
Key Responsibilities
- Assist customers and provide excellent service
- Recommend suitable footwear products based on customer needs
- Achieve sales targets
- Promote new arrivals and special offers
- Maintain showroom displays and cleanliness
- Support billing and basic stock handling
Requirements
- Minimum O/L or A/L qualification
- Previous retail/sales experience is an advantage
- Good communication skills (Sinhala/Tamil; basic English preferred)
- Positive attitude and customer-friendly personality
- Team player with a target-oriented mindset
- Willing to work weekends and flexible shifts
