Sales Coordinator
A detail-oriented and proactive Sales Coordinator is required to support the sales team and ensure smooth day-to-day operations. This role involves coordinating sales activities, managing documentation, and providing administrative support to improve overall sales efficiency.
Job Responsibilities
- Prepare and manage tender documentation accurately and within deadlines.
- Coordinate with internal teams to support sales operations.
- Handle sales-related documentation and maintain organised records.
- Provide sales support including quotations, proposals, and follow-ups.
- Assist in order processing and tracking.
- Maintain customer databases and update sales reports.
- Work with SAP systems for sales entries, reporting, and coordination.
- Communicate effectively with clients and internal departments.
Candidate Profile
- G.C.E. O/L and A/L qualifications.
- Diploma in Business Administration, Sales, Marketing, or a related field.
- Minimum of 1 year of experience in a Sales Coordinator or sales support role.
- Proficiency in MS Office (Word, Excel, Outlook).
