Junior Officer - Procurement & Maintenance | Kelanimulla

Responsibilities:
- Assist in procurement planning and purchasing activities.
- Obtain quotations and coordinate with suppliers and service providers.
- Manage inventory records and monitor stock levels.
- Coordinate preventive and corrective maintenance activities.
- Ensure timely procurement of materials, spare parts, and equipment.
- Maintain procurement and maintenance documentation.
- Support operational efficiency and cost- control initiatives.
Requirements:
- Diploma in Technical Studies, Supply Chain, Procurement, or a related field.
- Technical knowledge in electrical, mechanical, machinery, or facility maintenance is essential.
- Possession of a valid driving license is mandatory.
- Strong communication and negotiation skills.
- Proficiency in MS Office applications.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Previous experience in procurement or maintenance will be an added advantage.
