Remuneration Package
Basic Salary + Attendance Bonuses+ Commissions exceeding Rs. 75,000 Incentives pegged to USD
Responsibilities
- Manage outbound calls.
- Handle customer queries and customer support.
- Build sustainable relationships and engage customers by taking the extra time.
- Meet personal and team qualitative & quantitative targets.
Qualifications
- Candidates should be between 18-35 years.
- Good communication skills in English and Tamil.
- Hindi, Malayalam, Urdu, Kannada, or Arabic will be an added advantage.
- Expat Indians in Sri Lanka are also encouraged to apply.
- Previous experience in a similar field will be an added advantage.
