Executive - New Product Development (NPD)
Location: Kelanimulla Empire Teas (Pvt) Ltd
Empire Teas (Pvt) Ltd, a growing name in the tea industry known for quality and innovation, is looking for a dynamic and creative individual to join our team as an Executive - New Product Development (NPD).
KEY RESPONSIBILITIES
- Assist in developing new tea products and blends from concept to launch
- Conduct market research and analyze emerging trends in the tea and beverage industry
- Collaborate with R&D, Production, Quality Assurance, and Marketing teams
- Support product trials, testing, and documentation processes
- Ensure compliance with quality and regulatory standards
- Monitor product performance and recommend improvements
REQUIREMENTS
- Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, or a related field
- 1-3 years of experience in NPD, FMCG, or Food & Beverage industry
- Tea industry experience will be an added advantage
- Strong analytical, organizational, and communication skills
- Passion for innovation and product development
- Proficiency in MS Office applications
