HR Intern – Recruitment | Rajagiriya / Kottawa

Key Responsibilities:
- Support end-to-end recruitment activities.
- Source and screen candidates through multiple recruitment channels.
- Coordinate interviews and communicate with candidates.
- Participate in career fairs and recruitment events across Sri Lanka.
- Maintain and update recruitment databases and applicant records.
- Prepare recruitment reports and monitor hiring progress.
- Assist with onboarding and induction activities.
Requirements:
- Undergraduate or recent graduate in Human Resources Management, Business Management, or a related field.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Strong organizational and time management abilities.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Excel, Word & PowerPoint).
- Willingness to travel for recruitment campaigns and career fairs.
- Passion for recruitment and employer branding.
