YOU NEED TO BE
- Fluency in Sinhala Language is essential. While the ability to speak English and Tamil would be an added advantage.
- Minimum 1 year of prior experience in handling customers or call center operations.
- Good team player with a passion for customer Service.
- Basic IT knowledge, including MS office suite.
- G.C.E. A/L or Diploma Qualification preferred.
