Technical Officer (Male)
- NCT/NDT or equivalent in civil.
- Knowledge in surveying, reinforcement, electrical, plumbing etc.
- More than 5 years of experience building construction.
- Experience in documentation activities.
- Candidate below 35 years.
- Possession of a valid motorcycle driving licence will be an added advantage
- Applicants from the Western Province will be given preference.
Duties and Responsibilities
- Monitoring and carrying out the total construction work at assigned locations.
- Keeping daily records of labour, material usage, and reporting and updating with the office.
- Preparing material schedules and timely ordering of relevant material for smooth operation.
- Coordinating with the relevant offices to get the necessary specifications and approvals.
- Directing subcontractor teams to meet deadlines.
