Senior Banking Associate - Marketing

Job Responsibilities
- Ensure all payments from the marketing budgets are prepared in compliance with the Bank's Procurement and Payment Policies.
- Verify vendor payments and internal transactions are carried out in accordance with relevant circulars, regulatory requirements and internal guidelines.
- Reconcile all General ledger accounts pertaining to Marketing on a monthly basis.
- Prepare accurate and timely month-end and year-end financial reports.
- Calculate monthly incentive statements for retail salesforce.
- Develop management review presentations on marketing budgets and their utilization.
- Prepare and compile tax schedules and returns for compliance, variance and KPI reports.
The Person
- A minimum of 2 years of experience in Banking or a financial institution.
- Full or part qualification in Banking / Finance.
- Ability to manage high work volumes and perform effectively while maintaining a positive attitude.
- Proficiency in IT especially with MS Excel.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
