Executive - Demand Planning

Key Responsibilities
- Prepare demand plans and manage inventory to maintain optimum stock levels.
- Coordinate with suppliers and foreign principals to ensure timely replenishment of products.
- Monitor inventory performance and proactively prevent stock-outs and overstock situations.
- Prepare and circulate inventory reports and support data-driven decision-making.
- Work closely with Sales, Finance, Regulatory, Warehouse, and Tender teams to ensure smooth supply chain operations.
- Manage slow-moving and non-moving inventory through effective disposal and liquidation plans.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with both internal stakeholders and international suppliers.
Candidate Profile
- Minimum 2–3 years of experience in demand planning, or supply chain operations.
- Degree in Supply Chain & Logistics Management from a recognized institution.
- Knowledge of demand forecasting and supply planning.
- Excellent analytical and data management capabilities.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and other MS Office applications.
- Strong communication, negotiation, and stakeholder management skills.
- Results-oriented with excellent problem-solving and planning skills.
