Trainee Field Credit Executive
The Trainee Field Credit Executive is responsible for handling hire purchase account verification and achieving monthly collection targets within the assigned area. The role involves fieldwork, customer follow-ups, and basic documentation using MS Word and Excel.
Responsibilities
- Check and verify Hire Purchase accounts for accuracy and compliance
- Visit customers in the assigned zone/area for collection and verification purposes
- Achieve assigned monthly collection and recovery targets within the given timeline
- Maintain accurate records and reports using MS Word and Excel
- Coordinate with internal teams to update account and collection status
Requirements
- Willingness to work in any part of the island
- Possess a valid motorbike driving license
- Must own a motorbike for field duties
- Basic knowledge of MS Word and Excel
- Good communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to meet targets and work independently in the field
- Willingness to travel extensively
