Sales Executive - Showroom
We are looking for a dynamic and customer-focused Sales Executive - Showroom, to manage showroom operations, drive sales performance, and ensure an outstanding customer experience across physical and digital platforms.
Key Responsibilities
- Maintain strong customer relationships and deliver high-quality service
- Process and dispatch e-commerce sales accurately and timely
- Manage showroom inventory efficiently and ensure proper stock coordination
- Maintain attractive showroom displays and support promotional activities
- Achieve monthly sales targets and generate new prospects
- Perform daily bookkeeping, manage cash/cheque handling, and coordinate with Finance
- Provide regular feedback to the Division Manager on sales performance and inventory status
- Cover showroom operations in shifts as required
Skills and Experience Required
- Diploma in Sales & Marketing or relevant business qualification
- Prior experience in a similar sales/showroom environment
- Strong marketing and IT knowledge
- Proficiency in English and Sinhala
- Ability to operate billing and inventory systems (BC system experience preferred)
- Ability to drive/ride and conduct product demonstrations when required
