Job Role:
- Promote and sell HNB Assurance products through bank branches.
- Work closely with bank staff to identify and convert potential customers.
- Achieve daily and monthly sales targets.
- Provide professional insurance solutions based on customer needs.
- Maintain strong customer relationships and ensure service excellence.
- Prepare and submit sales reports and updates as required.
Job Pre-Requisites:
- G.C.E. A/L or equivalent qualification.
- Prior experience in sales, marketing, bancassurance, or insurance will be an added advantage.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Self-motivated, target-driven, and customer-focused.
- Willingness to work in a bank-based sales environment.
