Sales Responsibilities:
Engage with customers warmly, understand their preferences, and provide detailed information about our jewellery collections. Assist in product selection, provide styling suggestions, and ensure a smooth and personalized sales experience. Accurately process invoices and complete sales transactions.
Cashier Duties:
Handle cash and card transactions with precision. Maintain accurate sales records and ensure a secure and professional checkout process.
Additional Tasks:
Support daily showroom operations, assist in visual merchandising, and perform administrative tasks as required. Coordinate with the finance team for sales documentation and reporting.

- Minimum 1 year of experience in retail, preferably in jewelry or luxury goods.
- Strong customer service and sales skills with a polished, professional approach.
- Good understanding of billing and POS systems.
- Excellent communication skills in English and Sinhala. Tamil is an added advantage.
- Computer literacy and basic math skills.
