Visual Merchandiser
Role Overview:
As a Visual Merchandiser at Giva, you will ensure that every aspect of the store reflects our premium brand identity—from staff presentation to inventory arrangement, and from visual displays to customer experience. You will collaborate with the interior and events teams to create impactful setups that engage customers and drive sales.
Key Responsibilities:
- Ensure staff maintain a polished, professional appearance aligned with Giva’s brand standards.
- Curate and maintain visual displays, window presentations, and in-store layouts to create an exceptional customer experience.
- Arrange inventory and product placement according to Giva’s visual merchandising guidelines.
- Collaborate with the interior and events teams to design and execute visual setups for launches, events, and seasonal campaigns.
- Monitor customer interactions with displays and optimize visuals to enhance engagement and sales.
- Train store staff on how to present products and maintain visual standards throughout the day.
- Maintain high standards of store aesthetics, cleanliness, and organization at all times.
Qualifications & Skills:
- Prior experience in visual merchandising, retail, or jewelry preferred.
- Strong creative sense with excellent attention to detail.
- Understanding of customer behavior and how it relates to store layout and visuals.
- Ability to work collaboratively with interior, marketing, and store teams.
- Excellent organizational, communication, and training skills.
