Retail Expansion Associate
Role:
We are looking for a proactive, hands-on Retail Expansion Associate to help Giva grow across Sri Lanka. This role is all about action—making calls, visiting potential retail spaces, meeting landlords and brokers, negotiating deals, and closing properties.
What You’ll Do:
- Scout and evaluate potential retail locations across Sri Lanka.
- Make calls, schedule visits, and personally check out sites.
- Meet landlords, brokers, and developers to negotiate rental terms.
- Take ownership of closing deals and coordinating with internal teams.
- Track market trends and competitor locations to inform decisions.
Who You Are:
- Energetic, proactive, and action-oriented.
- Confident in approaching people, negotiating, and closing deals.
- Organized, mobile, and able to handle multiple tasks on the ground.
- Experience in real estate, property scouting, or retail operations is a plus but not mandatory.
