We are seeking a dynamic and self-motivated Sales Executive (Male) to manage and grow our Key Bakery Accounts in the Deep South region.
The ideal candidate will be responsible for driving sales, maintaining strong customer relationships, and expanding our presence in the Bakery sector.
Area: Deep South (Galle, Matara, Ranna)

Responsibilities
- Manage and service key bakery accounts within the Deep South region.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with existing and potential clients.
- Achieve sales targets and contribute to overall business growth.
- Conduct regular market visits to monitor competitor activity and gather market insights.
- Ensure proper merchandising, order collection, and timely delivery coordination.
- Prepare sales reports and update management on account performance.
Requirements
- Prior experience in the bakery industry or FMCG sector is an added advantage.
- Valid driving license is mandatory.
- Strong communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work independently and manage time effectively.
