- The ability to work efficiently under pressure, manage time effectively.
- Expected to provide guidance and support to junior kitchen staff.
- Menu development and recipe creation.
REQUIREMENTS
- 2 years experience in a senior position in the kitchen department of a star class hotel
- Knowledge and experience in the preparation of western cuisine
- Good practical and overall theoretical knowledge in kitchen operation
- Experience in kitchen management and supervision
- Well experienced in menu planning
- Good knowledge in food costing
- Overseas experience would be an added advantage
- Age below 40
