SALES & CUSTOMER SUPPORTIVE REPRESENTATIVES
REQUIREMENTS,
- 2-3 years of experience in customer service, sales, or a similar role.
- Fluency in English and Sinhala; Tamil is an added advantage.
- Positive attitude with a willingness to learn and grow within the role.
- Ability to handle inbound and outbound customer calls.
- Proficient in basic MS Office tools (Word, Excel, Outlook).
- Ability to address customer inquiries, concerns, and complaints professionally.
- Part qualification or studies in Business, Sales & Marketing, or a related field will be an added advantage.
