Senior Executive (Non-motor Claims)

Responsibilities:
- For handling all lines of Non-Motor Claims. You will interact directly with clients/brokers and internal stakeholders. Receive all non-motor claim intimation and process the claim in a timely manner within the stipulated guidelines. Prompt coordination with client/ brokers and internal stakeholders.
- Determine policy liability of non-motor claims as per policy term issued and recommend conclusion of claims Follow-up all the general insurance claims and obtain documentation/information in a timely manner. Coordinate with Loss Adjusters, Investigators/ Surveyors and obtain claims, report and updated on time whilst parallelly updating the records.
- Handling claims documentation and being responsible for overall claims handling process.
- Closely work with the underwriting team and set standards of best practice in UW method, tools and procedures. Maintain claim registers and prepare reports/ presentations.
Required Skills/Abilities:
- 4-5 years' experience in working in Non-Motor Underwriting for a reputed insurer.
- Excellent verbal, written, organizing and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to perform data analysis using MS Excel.
