Assistant Legal Officer

Key Responsibilities:
- Conveyancing & Title Insurance: Conduct comprehensive evaluations of property titles, and manage all legal aspects of title insurance policy issuance
- Draft, review, and negotiate Memorandums of Understanding (MOUs), service level agreements, and various commercial contracts.
What We Are Looking For:
- Professional Qualification: An Attorney-at-Law with a valid license to practice.
- Experience: Between 1 to 3 years as an Attorney-at-Law
- Technical Skills: Strong expertise in conveyancing and a sharp eye for evaluating complex property titles.
- Language Proficiency: Excellent command of written and spoken English and Sinhala. Fluency in Tamil will be considered a distinct added advantage.
