Housekeeping Attendant | Midigama

We are looking for detail-oriented and reliable Housekeeping Attendants to maintain the highest standards of cleanliness, presentation, and hygiene throughout the property. From polished dining spaces to pristine guest areas, you will play a key role in ensuring every corner of Paradise Cove reflects our commitment to luxury and comfort.

Key Responsibilities
- Maintain cleanliness across all areas including dining spaces, lounge areas, restrooms, and outdoor beachfront facilities.
- Ensure tables, chairs, décor, and glassware are spotless and guest-ready at all times.
- Support in setting up and refreshing lounge areas, beach seating, and event setups.
- Monitor restrooms throughout service, ensuring they remain clean, well-stocked, and guest-ready.
- Handle laundry duties where applicable (napkins, tablecloths, towels, staff uniforms).
- Assist with deep cleaning schedules, including polishing fixtures, floor care, and special cleaning projects.
- Report any maintenance issues or damages promptly to management.
- Follow health, hygiene, and safety regulations consistently.
- Support other departments when needed (e.g., helping with event preparations).
Qualifications & Experience
- Previous housekeeping or cleaning experience in hospitality (luxury restaurants, hotels, or resorts preferred).
- Strong attention to detail and pride in maintaining a high standard of cleanliness.
- Basic English required for communication with team and management.
- Physical stamina and ability to perform manual tasks in a fast-paced environment.
- Reliable, punctual, and able to work independently as well as in a team.
- Flexibility to work evenings, weekends, and peak seasonal periods.
