Customer Relation Officer - Male | Colombo
Duties & Responsibilities:
- Collaborate with international employers to understand job roles, workforce requirements, and candidate profiles.
- Assist with recruiting tasks such as reviewing resumes, conducting and scheduling interviews, hiring, and following up with candidates.
- Source candidates through job portals, databases, social media platforms, job fairs, and local partnerships.
- Manage the end-to-end recruitment cycle from candidate sourcing to final selection and onboarding.
- Compile and process employee documentation and records, and keep the employee database up to date.
Skills & Qualifications:
- Excellent communication skills in English, both written and verbal (other languages would be an advantage).
- Experience working with international clients or recruiting for jobs in abroad is highly desirable.
- Freshers can apply.
- Ability to work on weekends.
- Living in Colombo Area Would Be An Added Advantage.
- Age Below 40.
- Only Male candidates are preferred.
