SALES & MARKETING MANAGER - WATER TREATMENT SOLUTIONS

Itis also a well established company in Manufacturing of Water pumps, Agricultural machinery, Water purifiers , Electric and sprinkler irrigation systems. Sustainable Energy and Waste Management solutions which provide, overall solutions to the people of Sri Lanka.
We’re seeking an experienced Sales & Marketing Manager to lead business development for our Water Treatment Solutions Division, covering water purification, industrial water treatment, and wastewater management.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree (Diploma with strong experience considered)
- Certifications in water treatment or environmental management a plus.
Experience:
- Minimum 5 years in water treatment sales and marketing.
- Proven success in technical sales, project bidding, and client acquisition.
- Experience with industrial clients and government tenders preferred.
Key Skills:
- Strong knowledge of water and wastewater treatment systems.
- Excellent communication, presentation, and negotiation skills.
- Proficient in MS Office.
- Leadership and strategic planning abilities.
- Willingness to travel extensively.
- Goal-oriented and customer-focused.
Responsibilities:
- Develop and execute sales and marketing strategies.
- Identify and pursue new business opportunities.
- Manage client relationships and prepare proposals.
- Coordinate with project teams for solution delivery.
- Represent the company at industry events.
- Monitor market trends and competitor activities.
- Achieve sales targets and profitability goals
Age Requirement: Applicants preferably under 40 years old
