JOB FUNCTIONS
- Manage inbound and outbound customer calls in more professional manner
- Resolve customer concerns with care and efficiency
- Ensure adherence to quality, customer service standards and timely service delivery
- Ensure adherence to quality, customer service standards and timely service delivery
- Perform any other tasks assigned by the Management as and when required
QUALIFICATIONS AND EXPERIENCE
- Minimum two (02) years of call centre experience or insurance industry working experience
- Language proficiency in Sinhala and English
- Ability to manage multiple priorities under pressure
- Excellent communication and stakeholder management abilities
- Proficiency in MS Office and general computer literacy
- Professional qualifications in Insurance will be a definite advantage
