Lead product management and business development for our food and flavor solutions portfolio. Analyze market insights, manage key accounts, and drive profitable growth with global teams.
Ideal Profile:
- Bachelor’s in Food Science/Technology, Chemistry, or Chemical Engineering.
- 2–4 years’ experience in Food Ingredients, Flavors, Beverages, or Specialty Chemicals.
- Prior exposure to food manufacturers & technical sales is an advantage.
Key Responsibilities:
- Develop the Food & Flavor business from the ground up.
- Identify new customers, applications, and market opportunities.
- Manage relationships with suppliers and customers.
- Provide technical solutions and application support.
- Coordinate product sampling, trials, and commercialization.
- Conduct market research and monitor industry trends.
- Identify and onboard new global suppliers and technologies.
- Develop and manage the Food & Flavor product portfolio.
- Prepare business plans, project updates, and market reports.
- Represent WITCO at customer meetings, exhibitions, and technical events.
