Junior Coordinator

Are you highly organized, passionate about weddings, and excellent at building relationships? We are looking for a Junior Wedding Coordinator to join our dedicated event planning team. In this role, your primary focus will be assisting our senior planners by sourcing premium vendors and coordinating logistical details to ensure our clients' big days run flawlessly. You will act as the crucial link between our creative vision and the external suppliers who help bring it to life.

Job Description & Key Tasks
As a Junior Wedding Coordinator, you will provide essential support to the wedding planning team. Your primary tasks will include:
  • Vendor Sourcing & Evaluation: Research, identify, and reach out to new potential vendors (e.g., florists, photographers, caterers, and entertainers) who match the high standards and specific aesthetic needs of our clients.
  • Vendor Coordination: Act as the primary point of contact for external suppliers. You will be responsible for requesting quotes, confirming availability, and ensuring all vendor contracts align with the client's budget.
  • Logistical Support: Assist the wedding planning process by drafting detailed day-of event timelines and distributing these schedules to all booked vendors to ensure everyone is aligned.
  • Cross-Unit Collaboration: Work closely with our internal production unit to coordinate any custom builds, props, or physical materials needed for the wedding, treating them as a priority internal vendor.
  • On-the-Day Assistance: Be on-site during wedding events to help direct vendor load-ins, manage setup logistics, and troubleshoot any immediate supplier issues so the senior planners can focus on the bridal party.
