We're looking for a Purchasing Officer with food & beverage industry experience to manage purchasing, supplier relationships and stock across our café operations. You'll play a key role in keeping our kitchens running efficiently while helping build and improve our systems as we continue to grow.
Responsibilities
- Manage daily purchasing for café operations
- Build and maintain supplier relationships
- Negotiate pricing and delivery schedules
- Raise and track purchase orders
- Monitor stock levels across outlets
- Conduct stock counts and inventory audits
- Reduce wastage through proper stock control
- Work with finance to reconcile purchases
- Help improve purchasing and inventory processes
Requirements
- Experience in purchasing, inventory or store management
- Good organisational skills
- Comfortable using Excel or inventory systems
- Strong attention to detail
- Good negotiation and communication skills
- Honest, reliable and proactive
