Technician – Rotary Pack Machines & Tea Bag Machines
We are seeking a skilled and dedicated Technician to maintain and troubleshoot our rotary packing and tea bagging machinery, ensuring maximum production efficiency and minimum downtime.
Key Responsibilities:
- Perform preventive and corrective maintenance on rotary packing machines and tea bag machines.
- Diagnose and rectify mechanical, electrical, and pneumatic faults.
- Conduct machine setup, adjustments, and changeovers as required.
- Coordinate with production teams to ensure smooth machine operations.
- Maintain maintenance records and report recurring equipment issues.
- Ensure compliance with safety procedures and company standards.
- Assist in machinery improvement and efficiency enhancement initiatives.
Candidate Profile:
- Successfully completed GCE A/L with a Technical qualification (NVQ/Diploma in Mechanical, Electrical, Mechatronics, or related field).
- 2–5 years experience in machine maintenance within a manufacturing environment.
- Experience with tea packaging machinery will be a distinct advantage.
- Knowledge of electrical systems, motors, sensors, and pneumatics.
- Strong troubleshooting and problem-solving skills.
- Ability to work under pressure and meet production requirements.
