Trainee/Sales Representative (Baby Shop) - Female

We are on the lookout for Sales Representatives to work in our stores.
Requirement
- Should have passed GCE O/Ls
- Previous experience in the retail sales field will be an advantage.
- Should be passionate about achieving targets and maintaining a store.
- Must be a good team player with a pleasant personality.
- Strong organizational skills.
- Effective communication skills.
- Exceptional customer service skills.
- Detail-oriented
Duties and responsibilities (Not Limited to):
- Conducting product sales in-store and fulfilling the monthly sales target with the team.
- Greeting and directing customers
- Providing accurate information (e.g., product features, pricing, and after-sales services)
- Answering customers’ questions about specific products/services
- Cross-selling and Upselling products
- Coordinating with the Sales Team to provide excellent customer service (especially during peak times)
- Informing customers about discounts and special offers
- Providing customer feedback to the Sales Manager
- Staying up-to-date with new products/services
- Updating products and displays, stock inventory checks, and other work assigned by the management.
- Informing customers of shop promotions to encourage purchases.
- Supporting the team with all sales and marketing-related activities.
- Addressing and resolving customers' complaints in a professional manner
