Customer Service Executive
Responsibilities
- Greet and register patients professionally.
- Manage patient attendants and appointments.
- Provide accurate information on doctors, services, billing, and promotions.
- Handle calls and direct inquiries to relevant departments.
- Manage doctors' schedules and coordinate clinical processes.
- Ensure excellent customer service throughout the patient journey.
Requirements
- G.C.E. A/L or equivalent qualification.
- Ability to work night shifts.
- Good communication skills in Sinhala, Tamil, and English (trilingual is an added advantage).
- Computer literacy.
- Strong customer service skills.
