Executive/Senior Executive - (Pawning and Gold Loan) | Island Wide

RESPONSIBILITIES
  • Ensuring smooth operation and achieving assigned pawning targets
  • Proper identification of gold articles, verification of genuine customers, and accurate valuation of pledged items
  • Ensuring security of all pawned articles of the branch
  • Monitoring overall operational activities of the pawning department
  • Completing all documentations related to pawning department
  • Ensuring safe custody of pawning stocks and recovery follow up
REQUIREMENTS
  • Age below 35 years
  • Passed G.C.E (A/L) and passed G.C.E (O/L) including Mathematics and English
  • Professional qualifications in Banking and Finance or Sales & Marketing would be an added advantage
  • Minimum 02 years working experience in Pawning/Gold Loan Department at reputed financial institute/Bank
  • Excellence communication skills in Sinhala/Tamil and English
  • Should be a team player and self-driven to achieve business targets
